McLeansboro Family Clinic and Carmi Family Clinic will offer free sports physicals to incoming Hamilton County, Carmi White County, and NCOE high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors starting June 3^rd every Thursday and Friday by appointment only. Sports physicals must be completed by June 25^th.
